Sharma shifted to Mumbai to complete her graduation in Mass Media. She has developed an interest in acting so she went for several auditions and luckily got selected. She got immense popularity through TV show Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan. Later also appeared in several television shows such as Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi, Gangaa and Tu Aashiqui.
