When Aparna was in her second year of college, she got a call from someone who told her that they had seen her pictures on her social media account and wanted her to audition for a show. Initially, she considered it a prank call and refused to appear for the audition.
After refusing Aparna’s offer, the man called her mother and told her that he liked her daughter’s pictures and wanted her to come for the audition.
At the behest of her mother, she went to audition and got her first role. Unfortunately, for some reason the show never aired on television.
She then started her television career by playing the role of Princess Ambika in Star Plus’ mythological TV serial Mahabharat.
After this, she played the role of Ankita Lokhande’s sister ‘Mansi Kamble’ in the TV serial “Pavitra Rishta”.
In 2014, she played the role of Gauri in Colors TV’s TV serial Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi.
She played the role of Purvi in Sony Pal’s TV serial Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai.
