In Television
In 1994, Achint Kaur made her tv debut in the Hindi serial, Banegi Apni Baat, where she played the character of Anushka.
She worked in serial Virudh (2007), Jamai Raja (2014), and The Tashkent Files (2019). In 2020, she acted in the Hindi series, Jamai Raja 2, which was released on Zee5. She was also part of famous Hindi serials, Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki (2000) and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi (2000). Achint Kaur has also acted in a few Pakistani television serials.
In Film
In 2002, she made her Bollywood debut in the film, Om Jai Jagadish, in which played the character of Tanya Chopra.
She appeared in movies like Julie (2002), Corporate (2006), Guzarish (2010), and Heroine (2012). Achint also worked in films like Chopsticks (2019), and Koi Jaane Naa (2021) that were released on OTT platforms. Apart from Bollywood, Achint has worked in Punjabi films as well. Achint Kaur has also worked as a theatre actress, which she continued for almost fifteen years.
