Aneri Vajan made her acting debut with the tv serial, Kaali, as Paakhi in 2012. Later, she started getting more opportunities. She worked in serials like Crazy Stupid Ishq (2013), Nisha Aur Uske Cousins (2014), Beyhadh (2016), and Anupamma (2021). Vajani played Pari Malhotra in the tv Hindi series, Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka Season 2 (2018).

In 2021, Aneri Vajan made her film debut with the Telugu film, FCUK: Father Chitti Umaa Kaarthik, where she played the character of Priyanka.
In Music
In 2022, she appeared in the music video ‘Phase’. Aneri also mentioned that the song, Phase, is one of her favourite songs as it is sung by her friend, Sarthak Saksenaa.
