My relatives used to say my father cried when I was born. He was sad that it wasn’t a boy. He didn’t want me. My family is very abusive, not just verbally, but physically too. Earlier, I used to react, but further, I got numb. Even two weeks before I got abused. I will not go back home, it’s high time. Whenever someone talks about their loving parents, I just wish to have a life like that.”
She continued,
Two weeks back, it was the first time I went for a night drive. I informed my brother, but 10 minutes later, I got a call from my dad. As soon as I reached home, he slapped me. But, that doesn’t hurt me. For the next few hours, they kept slut shaming me. They said I even go nude for modelling. No parents should use such words about their kids. This is why I am not emotionally attached to my family. My family is an example of how a family shouldn’t be.”
