Sana Saeed’s first appearance as a child artist was in 1998, in the film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. She played the role of Anjali Khanna in the movie. In 2021, the film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai completed its 23 years of making. On the occasion, Sana expressed her gratitude by stating,
There are times when I’ve said it and felt the gratitude behind the words wholeheartedly, but I don’t think I ever understood what those two words truly meant until this very moment. Now I think I need a new phrase because thank you is insufficient in this situation.
