Career
Madhavi started her career as a teacher and then worked as a principal in a school. In 1994, she started ‘SpeakEasy’ which is a personality development school. The school is set up in Hyderabad, India. Earlier, her younger son, Anand Deverakonda used to work there as a business development intern.

- According to some media sources, Madhavi played the role of a lecturer in the Telugu film ‘Dear Comrade’ (2019) starring her elder son Vijay Deverakonda.
- During an interview, while talking about Madhavi, Vijay Deverakonda said,
I think when I was in the third grade. My mum and dad had gone out. Me and my younger brother decided to clean the whole house. He was in the first grade and I was in the third. We cleaned up the house and made a greeting card with some pictures and hearts and wrote, ‘I Love you’. She started crying when she saw it. I didn’t understand what made her cry. I don’t think we understood the concept of happy tears then. It made her emotional. So, that’s my first memory of gifting something to her.”

During the pooja, she tied a sacred band on the wrist of her son Vijay and Ananya Pandey who is the lead actress in ‘Liger.’ Later, Ananya took to her social media account to thank Madhavi. Ananya wrote,
