Career
Film
As a child artist
Baladitya started his acting career at the age of six. In 1991, Baladitya made his acting debut with the Telugu film Edurinti Mogudu Pakkinti Pellam in which he played the role of Sridhar.
In 1992, he appeared in his second Telugu film Champion.
In the same year, he made his Kannada debut with the film Edurmaneli Ganda Pakkadmaneli Hendthi in which he played the role of Stampu.
In the same year, Baladitya made his Bollywood debut with the film Tyagi.
Later, he appeared in a few Telugu films like Bangaru Bullodu (1993), Hello Brother as Young Deva (1994), Super Police as Sunny (1994), and Maatho Pettukoku as Young Arjun (1995). In 1996, he shot to fame with the Telugu film Little Soldiers in which he played the role of Sunny.
In 1997, Baladitya made his Malayalam debut with the film Masmaram.
In the same year, he made his Tamil debut with the film Rettai Jadai Vayasu.
As an actor
Baladitya made his debut as an actor at the age of seventeen. In 2003, he appeared in a lead role in the Telugu film Chantigadu in which he played the role of Chantigadu, directed by B. A. Jaya.

He appeared in a few Telugu films like Keelu Gurram (2005), Vamsam as Chinna (2005), Roommates as Shekhar (2006), Sandhya (2007), Veta (2008), Jajimalli (2009), 1940 Lo Oka Gramam as Suri (2010), and Entha Manchivaadavuraa (2020). In 2021, Baladitya appeared as Jangayya in the Telugu film Maa Oori Polimera on Disney+ Hotstar.
Company Secretary
In 2010, after the release of the Telugu film 1940 Lo Oka Gramam, Baladitya took a break from acting and enrolled himself in the company secretary’s course. In 2010, Baladitya worked as a trainee at JRK Associates in Nanganallur, Chennai, for two years. In January 2015, he started operating as a partner at Aikyam Corporate Services in Hyderabad. Baladitya practised and worked as a company secretary and compliance officer at Banka BioLoo Limited in Hyderabad.
Teacher
Apart from working as a company secretary, Baladitya started tutoring the subject of financial management to chartered accountant aspirants. Baladitya worked as a faculty member to teach the subject to CA aspirants at Coppergate Educare in Mumbai. He also taught the subject at Indigo Learn, an online coaching institute for the chartered accountancy course in Hyderabad.

In 2016, Baladitya made his television debut as a host for the Telugu show Champion, which was a quiz-based show for school-going kids on ETV. In 2018, Baladitya appeared as Shivayya in the Telugu show Shambhavi on Star Maa. In 2019, he played the role of Rajadurai in the Tamil show Rasaathi on Sun TV. Later, he appeared in a few Telugu shows like Rasaathi as Rajadurai on Sun TV (2019), Subhadra Parinayam as Krishna (2019) on Gemini TV, and Savitramma Gari Abbayi as Balraju/Galiraju (2021) on Star Maa.
