During his childhood, when he was unable to pay th school fees, Sheezan worked as a tiffin box distributor.
In 2013, Sheezan Muhammad Khan made his television debut with the Hindi TV series ‘Jodha Akbar’ in which he played the role of young Akbar/Sultan Murad Mirza, which aired on Zee TV.

He gardened appreciation after playing the role of Ali Baba, a caretaker of five orphan children, in the 2022 Indian fantasy TV series titled Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul.

In 2019, he played the role of Arjun Priya in the Indian family drama television series titled Tara From Satara, on Sony Entertainment Television.
