In 2016, Shrea Prashad began her modelling career by posting her pictures on Instagram, a social networking website. In 2017, she participated in the Miss Teen Model Fiji beauty pageant and won. In February 2017, she started appearing on many billboards and advertisements as a model. Later, she was appointed as an ambassador for Fiji Fashion Week. Shrea Prashadis associated with Hosanna Kabakoro as a fellow model. She is the owner of a saloon named Posh Nails Lashes Saloon based in Fiji.
