Theatre
Soon after completing her college studies, Pashmina Roshan went to Jeff Goldberg Studio in Mumbai to learn acting skills. She then acted in the theatre play ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’ in 2019.
Film
In May 2022, it was announced her debut film Ishk Vishk Rebound would be released in 2023, and this film is the sequel of the 2003 college romance film ‘Ishq Vishk.’ The other lead cast of the film included Rohit Saraf, Jibraan Khan, and Naila Grewal. Soon after the announcement of the film, her cousin, Hrithik Roshan wished her on Instagram. He wrote,

- In an interview with a media house, Rajesh Roshan stated that Pashmina was inclined toward acting when she was a teenager. He added that soon after finishing her school studies, she went abroad to complete her further education. Later, she came back to Mumbai and learned acting skills from Mumbai’s Jeff Goldberg Studio. He further narrated that during her school days, she actively participated in various school plays. He disclosed that Pashmina learned dancing from Saroj Khan. Rajesh Roshan said,
It began around the time she was in 9th standard. She was doing a play in her school and she was supposed to come down the stage in a particular shot and intermingle with the crowd. I was artistically and emotionally floored. We felt she had it in her to become an actor.”
